Reflex Malo pH
REFLEX MALO® pH is a lyophilized starter culture of Oenococcus oeni for malolactic fermentation. This strain of lactic acid bacteria has been selected for its ability to trigger malolactic fermentation under low pH (≥ 3.0) or high acidity conditions.
It contributes positively to the aromatic profile of the wine by enhancing the fruity and floral notes.
