Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

Our warehouse function is fundamental to our business. This hands-on role requires someone who is flexible and agile to switch responsibilities depending on demands and who is willing to do what it takes to get the job done.  You’ll assist in ensuring inventory is processed, organised, and stored. You’ll also prepare orders for delivery with a keen eye for detail to ensure you meet time-specific deadlines and accuracy of customer orders.  This role reports to the Warehouse Manager, ideally will be full time but we are open to part time and the person we are seeking will be looking to build a career.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Managing inwards and outwards goods
  • Receipting of all inwards goods including all associated admin
  • Unloading vehicles and containers on receipt of goods
  • Picking and packing of all orders
  • Conducting ongoing stocktakes of all inventory
  • Liaising closely with the Warehouse Administrator to ensure the smooth running of the warehouse

Receptionist / Admin Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic customer-focused Receptionist/Admin Assistant with a warm and engaging personality and high level of personal maturity and judgement.  This role will be the face of our business and requires a collaborative person who is team orientated with a “can do” attitude. Attention to detail is a must but most importantly, you need to be fun, friendly and have passion, drive and be enthusiastic. 

Based in Dingley, this position will be the first point of contact for our customers, you will help answer any questions they may have, or alternatively point them in the right direction.  Additionally, you will provide admin support to the MD and management team so to be successful in this role you’ll need a flexible approach and a willingness to get involved.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Meeting and greeting office visitors
  • Answering and directing all incoming phone calls
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintaining office stationery supplies
  • Customer assistance with basic inquiries
  • Supporting the MD in day-to-day admin including diary management, coordination of travel etc 
  • Manage MD’s business expenses including reconciliation of accounts
  • Provide general Admin support to the Leadership team including assisting in delivery of projects and adhoc tasks
