1. Surcharges

As of 1 October, credit card surcharges no longer apply. Customers can pay by credit card with no additional fee.

2. Alternative payment method suggestion

Bank transfer payments are also available. Please refer to your transaction for EFT details.

3. Refund / dispute

4. Privacy

Your card details are never stored on our website. All sensitive information is encrypted and handled directly by a PCI‑compliant payment provider.
