To make a secure payment for your outstanding Grapeworks Pty Ltd sales order, invoice or statement, click the Pay Now button below. Before proceeding, please read the terms and conditions below.
1. Surcharges
A credit card surcharge per transaction will be applied to cover the cost of card processing at the following rates:

| Domestic currency transactions | 1.6% + 30c | 3.4% + 30c |
| Foreign currency transactions | 3.4% + 30c | 3.4% + 30c |
2. Alternative payment method suggestion
To avoid card fees, bank transfer payments are also available. Please refer to your invoice for EFT details.
3. Refund / dispute
If a payment error occurs or you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact our accounts team for assistance via email ar@grapeworks.com.au or phone 03 9555 5500.
4. Privacy
Your card details are never stored on our website. All sensitive information is encrypted and handled directly by a PCI‑compliant payment provider.
