- Tartaric Stabilisation – Potassium and calcium related instabilities
- Plant based fining – Neo Natura (an all natural alternative to PVPP)
Martin Vialatte are continually developing innovative solutions to emerging needs particularly in the area of tartaric stabisation and vegan fining.
Our seminar this year will focus on two areas. The first: Latest generation – Antartika (potassium polyaspartate), Calcistab and CMC for tartrate stability.
Second: We will introduce Neo Natura, an all natural vegan friendly alternative to PVPP – that REALLY works! A tasting of wines treated with Neo Natura will be included.
